Open up Your Mind to New Heights!

Have tunnel vision and wish to open yourself up to other modes of writing and creating? We all get it from time to time and the cure is to write, just write or create, just create. Every creative knows what they should be doing and by doing it we make ourselves happier, healthier people, but the doing can be the difficult part when there is so little time in the day to do what we love.

DO IT!

Life can get in the way of our creative side and we have to be realistic when we allow that side to flourish.

Is it making us money?
Does it truly make us happy?

If you answered yes to both or yes to one, then evaluate the happiness part. If happiness does not go hand in hand with what you are doing creatively, you are doing something that does not coincide with your heart, mind, and soul.

I've seen this hundreds of times and I've done it hundreds more. Writing for me is like breathing! I feel like I can finally EXHALE! The inhaling part comes when I sit down and begin to write. No matter what your passion, run with it and enjoy. Always say Thanks to whatever has brought you to the point of true happiness and true creativity.

Once we learn new avenues concerning our creative path we can finally walk it or run on it. Lately, new ideas have streamed into my already crowded brain and given me more insight to how I should go about creating new aspects of writing. I have always been the creative, so why not jump onto that train and learn all I can so this brain of mine can create more interesting things in the future.

Run with it!

Love Your Writing Image...

As an author, have you ever glanced in a reflective surface and disliked what you see?

All the time, right?

Not anymore.
Give yourself a break and see each word, each sentence, and every chapter as a learning experience that is leading you to something great. As a writer, look back at what has already been published and be amazed at how far you've come. Am I am best seller? Have I written some pretty good stuff? Not yet and yes, but something better is coming on the horizon and it will happen. You just need to keep #writing and someday a terrific piece will shine through.

Everyday I tell myself to focus on that something great and everyday a sentence or a chapter surpasses what I've written before.
Great, right?
Yes, it is.
For me writing has always been in my heart and soul. Now it resides deeper inside of me. It has become an integral part of who I am as a person.
Are you frustrated with writing?
At times that is all it takes to keep doing what you love.

I have stopped writing for many reasons in the past.
I have writer's block, I don't want to do it anymore, or time was not on my side to write.
Whatever the case, if writing reflects who you are, keep coming up with places and scenarios for yourself and your writing.
That reflection will truly pay off in the long run.
For me, writing gets out what is within my mind and soul. It is like a purge to me. I feel the need to write and when I do write for long periods of time, a feeling of lightness comes over me.

Love What You Write!

If you do not love what you write, then it is time to chalk it up to experience and move on. I did many times, but I always came back to writing. Everyone needs a break and if you don't love your image as a writer, then it is time to give it up or change it.

#SoWhat

Tweeting nowadays is like watching numerous ships at sea moving swiftly toward their destinations. It can be chaotic and challenging for anyone following you.

Messages so go out every day and #sowhat if they do. The main goal is to get your messages out there on social media. Just tweet/message your merchandise and build your audience so others will follow you and help you endorse your product. By adding the #sowhat tag to some of your tweets/messages others will take notice. When adding this hashtag make sure it is at the end of your tweet. This ensures your message will get across to your readers.

#JustMessageIt

Be ethical in your marketing and messages when adding this tag at the end of your tweet/message. Use it wisely and make sure you are not saying this about others. You would never want someone to use it against you so do yourself a favor and use it only on your own tweets. Many followers might find it funny and will #retweet it because of the humor.

No one wants to feel as if their tweets/messages are being lost down the deep well. To make sure this doesn't happen tweet often but be sensitive about what you are saying to others. Never retweet/message the same stuff over and over again. Readers will lose interest, guaranteed!

Change it up and add your messages to other forms of social media like Facebook, Instagram, and whatever social networking site you are on. Some of these sites will pass on your message automatically (if you have this set up) to other sites, which saves time and energy. I personally like the fact that if I type a message on Facebook my Twitter will see if within seconds.

Eating Vegan & Vegetarian by Candy O'Donnell

Why I eat Vegan and Vegetarian Foods

Eating vegan to me has become a weekly dining experience. I choose a weeklong diet of vegan meals to cleanse my body of the dairy and wheat products ingested during my regular vegetarian diet. There have been times when the vegan diet just sticks with me for a month or so. Vegan meals can taste incredible and with my recipes, eating vegan is quick and easy and tastes amazing. By adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet, my energy went up, and my lethargy dropped. I have found that by getting rid of salty and sugary foods I feel better, have more energy, and choose better food to eat.
After eating without thinking for so many years, I finally decided to change the way I eat. Instead of just putting any food into my body, I decided to find a way to eat differently. After reading through recipes over the net and discovering that spicy and salty foods did not coincide with me, I decided to create my own heart-healthy recipes. This short recipe book is what I love to dine on.

What I have in my Cupboard and Fridge

These are just some of the items I keep on hand at all times. There are many other dried goods I have as a backup in an emergency kind of meals. I love fresh, frozen, then canned foods and in that order. Fresh is best, but when I cannot find what I need at the farmer’s market I buy frozen.

Mixed nuts
Mixed Lettuce
Dates
Oatmeal
Coconut sugar
Agave Syrup
Coconut milk, almond milk
Eggs
Potatoes
Rice: white and brown
Soy bacon

Talk with Your Animals: One on One Communication by Candy O'Donnell

Intro: Exploring Animal
Communication

All pet owners have wondered what our animals want to say to us. Some of our pets will sit and stare at us, as if attempting to tap into our psyche’s and inform us of some dire news. Are they ill, hungry, thirsty? Or maybe they just want a new bed in a different color. What do they have to communicate, and are we listening?
Not all of us are hearing their plight, but we can hone in with our intuition and gain a better understanding of what they are thinking. Some pets just want to play or chew on a ball of yarn, and still others want to go for a walk. Most of us are in-tune with our feathery, furry, and finned friends and know right away what they need. Wouldn’t it be nice to delve deeper and have a really meaningful communication with them?
Of course it would be great to know every aspect of their lives, but some things should be left to chance. Once you begin to know everything about what your pet is thinking, then be prepared for a barrage of things to slam into you daily.
